Aisling Bea

Aisling is an Irish-born comedian, who's been performing for quite a while. She was born in Kildare, Ireland, on 16th March 1984. The comedian has appeared on QI along with Stephen Fry. Aisling Claiodhnadh or Aisling "Bea" is an Irish actor as well as a writer. Her birth date was March 16th 1984. Bea, who began appearing as part of the cast on Irish or British TV programs in the year 2009, started her career as an stand-up comic in 2011. By 2012 she was regularly appearing on sketch comedy shows and sitcoms. The actress began to appear regularly on panel shows after winning an award from in the Edinburgh Comedy Awards. She was captain of the 8 Out of 10 Cats team between 2016 and 2017 and is regularly a contestant on the spinoff 8 Out of 10 Cats Does Countdown. Her parents were Brian and Helen O'Sullivan and has a sister named Sinead. In 2012, she was the second woman ever to win the So You Think You Are Funny award. Bea is her surname to honor her late father. Aisling Cliodhnadh was born on the 16th of March, 1984, in Kildare Town in County Kildare. Her father Brian was a veterinarian for horses that committed suicide at three-years-old. But, she did not learn the cause of death until 13 years later. In 2017, she published an article in The Guardian about the suicide of her father's family. She also adopted her stage name Bea to pay tribute. Bea was raised alongside her older sister Sinead and her mother Helen Moloney. Helen is a secondary instructor, trainer of jockeys, and a former professional racer. They were obsessed with race meetings as well as horses. Bea was a guide at her family's involvement at the Irish National Stud in her young days. However, she knew that it wasn't what she wanted to do as a profession and preferred to perform.
